5K Run/ Walk Info
All participating dogs must be leashed at all times, neutered, well-behaved and non-aggressive with people and other dogs. All dogs must be current on all vaccines. Strollers are welcomed as well.
Run or walk as a team with your four-legged friend, just as yourself or with your fundraising teammates.
Runners must first register through Run Sign Up, then you will be prompted to sign-up for our peer-to-peer fundraising module to help us reach our $3,000 event goal.
We hope you'll take part in the fun! Every step that’s taken, every dollar that’s raised saves a life at ARF. All money raised goes directly to care for the over 1,000 animals that come to ARF each year.

Check In and Race Day registration will be held from 9:00 AM at Memorial Park.
COURSE
The ARF 5K runs in beautiful Memorial Park, through residential streets and by Beacon High School. Click HERE to see turn by turn map
AWARDS
Prizes will be given to the top runners in the male, female and the first human/dog team to cross the finish line.
POST-RACE PARTY
Food, water and entertainment will be available for runners, walkers, pets and their families. The post-race festival includes pet costume contests, shopping at a variety of retail vendors, animal rescues, face painting and more.
5K RACE GUIDELINES
You must register one human per dog! No retractable leashes can be used during the event.
Your race number must be worn on your front and must be visible. There are no refunds of entry given for this event. Click here for complete rules and guidelines!
