Sponsor the Event! 

The ARF 5k Run & Walk With The Dogs is a fantastic marketing opportunity for your business! This highly anticipated event receives widespread attention from the Hudson Valley area broadcast and print media, providing a unique and inexpensive way for you to reach out to the over one million pet owners in and around the Dutchess County. More than 200 people and their pets will attend the ARF 5K to enjoy the run/ walk,  entertainment and animal activities, including our dog Costume Contest.

Sponsors can choose to support ARF at a variety of levels, with benefits like your company’s logo on advertising materials and event t-shirts, naming rights to popular festival activities and post-event newsletter. Sponsors will also be provided with a complimentary space at the festival to promote their business (You must bring your own table, booth or tent). 

 

List of Sponsorship Level and Minimum commitment requirements:

TOP DOG (Presenting) – $1,000.00

FIRE HYDRANT (Supporting) – $500.00 

FUR-LANTHROPIST (Contributing) – $250.00

PAW PAL (In-Kind) – Donation

Donate products to offset production cost and for raffles prizes! 

To make ARF 5k a success, we are seeking donations to offset our production cost

• Trophies or Medals

• T-Shirts 

• Bottled Water

• Fruits (Banana, Apple or Orange, etc.)

• Breakfast for volunteers/ participants (Bagels, Muffins, Cream Cheese, Coffee, Tea etc.)

• Promotional Materials (Banners/ Flyers/ Yard Signs/)

,We also need gift baskets, gift cards and certificates for raffles (i.e., wine, hotel stays, event tickets, gift cards/ certificates, etc.) 

 

As a PAW PAL Sponsor your logo will be featured on all our promotional materials, you name will be listed on the back of event t-shirt, plus more.
